What we listen to, and what we cannot hear
What the estate cannot hear

Every collector has a blind spot and this page prints it next to the collector rather than in an appendix. An estate reporting all-green is either lying or not looking. The largest hole is Kanuri: nothing anywhere in the estate processes it, in states that cast millions of votes.

8 liveStruck through means no live collector processes it. Coverage is reported against electoral weight, not collector count — twelve collectors pointed at Lagos is not coverage.
Collection scope
Fixed in the type system, not in a policy documentRadio, television, newspapers, online news, public social posts and official statements. Every collector in the estate is one of these.
Ward officers reporting what they are hearing. Identified, consented, and the campaign’s own data.
There is no collector type for a private group, a direct message or a named private citizen, because SourceKind has no variant that could carry one. Adding one means changing a union in a reviewed commit.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 a political affiliation is sensitive personal data. The cheapest and most defensible way to comply is to be structurally incapable of collecting it — which is why the constraint lives in a type rather than in a policy nobody re-reads.
