Ceilings are Electoral Act 2026 section 92, which repealed the 2022 Act and roughly doubled every limit. There is no established mechanism to monitor or enforce them — which makes a campaign that publishes its own spend against the cap the first to do so.

What is not here

Stated rather than invented
Individual candidate profiles
1,490 seats across five races. In deployment each carries a profile, a constituency, a spend record and a standing figure — all database reads. Inventing 1,490 biographies for a demo would be worse than an honest gap.
Constituency membership
The platform holds seat counts — 109 senatorial districts, 360 federal constituencies, 993 state constituencies — but not which LGAs and wards compose each one. Until that is sourced, nothing here can target a seat, only a state.
Spend against the ceiling
The caps are modelled and displayed. The campaign’s own spend is not held, so nothing is published against them yet. This is the cheapest credibility win available and needs only a finance feed.
The 2027 register
Standing figures are the 2023 declaration. The 93,469,008 register is the 2023 one; INEC has not published a current per-state breakdown in a form we hold.
